U.S. Code Classification
Table (produced by the U.S. House Law Revision Counsel. It
includes recent changes to the US Code.)
U.S. Code
All laws (titles 1 through 50) in effect as of January 28, 1998 are
contained in Supplement 3. Titles 1 through 41 for laws in effect as of
January 5, 1999, are contained in Supplement 4. Please remember that the
"supplements," as GPO titles its databases, are actually full versions of the
1994 U.S. Code as modified by the subsequent supplements that are published
annually by the Law Revision Counsel. Therefore, unless you are performing
historical research of past versions, you would want to search the most recent
"supplement" that contains your title for the most up-to-date information.
