Autorace: This is one of the most popular auto racing related discussion groups available. It covers all forms of racing, but is predominantly used by NASCAR fans. There are usually more than 50 postings each day, so be sure to check your e-mail regularly to avoid an overflow of messages. To subscribe, write to "listserv@vtvm1.cc.vt.edu". Type "subscribe autorace 'your name' in the main part of the message.

rec.autos.sport.nascar: This newsgroup is one of the few NASCAR racing newsgroups available. Unlike the autorace discussion list above, messages in this newsgroup only discuss NASCAR racing. It is very popular with many articles posted each day from a variety of different people. Information includes people's opinions, news, facts, and some entertainment items.

NASCAR Online: This is the official website for NASCAR racing. It has many features including daily chats with drivers, games, news, statistics, and special features. MRN (Motor Racing Network) Radio: This is the official site of MRN Radio, the company that broadcasts all of the races on the radio. It has information on all the radio stations that are affiliated with it, as well as transcripts of the radio shows they do each week. This is a great site for people who are not able to watch races each weekend and who listen to them over the radio.
